Saving salmon, one drink at a time.
Pacific Five is a conceptual Co-Op brewery proposed to exist in Vancouver Bc. Our aim is to support one of the most important aspects of our community: our salmon.
Salmon is an important pillar to many indigenous communities in BC, and is therefore an invaluable and precious representation of BC’s culture and foundation. Pacific Five, named after the five Pacific Salmon that hail from BC’s waters, aims to share salmon knowledge, spread awareness and donate its profits to local salmon restoration projects.
Each beer’s flavor is based off of one of the five Pacific salmons, and in turn, one of the stages of the salmon lifecycle. The corresponding flavors of the beer are based on their spawning locations.

The idea was to highlight our beer in the simplest way possible: by allowing it to be seen. Because the bottles are clear, they need to be wrapped so that light doesn't permeate the brew and ruin the flavor. It's like unwrapping a gift.
